Mark Scaling — The Story
A $97 billion industry. 108,000 companies. And almost none of them running the systems that would let them actually compete at scale.
I'm Felix Stanley.
Founder of Mark Scaling. Lover and Disciple of Jesus Christ. Before this — I spent years building AI automation and revenue infrastructure for technology companies across Europe.
I came back to the United States with one question: which industry has the biggest gap between what is possible and what is actually being used?
The answer was roofing.
108,000+ roofing companies in the US. Most of them doing everything manually — cold calling, spreadsheets, door knocking, hoping for referrals. A $97 billion industry running like it's 2005.
Mark Scaling exists to change that — one market at a time, one operator at a time.
The Path
2018
Europe — Building AI Systems
Spent years deep inside technology companies across Europe, building AI automation and revenue infrastructure for B2B SaaS operations. That work revealed how wide the gap was between what automated systems could do and what most industries were actually running.
2020
The Question That Changed Everything
Back in the United States, one question kept recurring: which industry has the biggest infrastructure gap between what is possible and what is actually being used? The answer, after months of research and operator interviews, was unmistakable.
2021
Entering Roofing
108,000+ roofing companies in the US. A $97 billion market. Most of them running entirely on manual cold calling, spreadsheets, door knocking, and word of mouth — the exact same way they operated in 2005. The opportunity was enormous.
2022
First Systems Deployed
Deployed the first version of the AI caller and storm trigger system with a small group of residential operators. Within 120 days, the results were undeniable. Operators who had never cracked $2M in annual revenue were booking more inspections in a week than they had in a month.
2023
Commercial Division Launched
Expanded into commercial roofing with the Asset Targeting System — a proprietary intelligence layer that maps every commercial property in a market, scores its roof age and replacement probability, and surfaces decision-maker contact data automatically.
2024–Now
Mark Scaling
Mark Scaling is now the operating name for the full revenue infrastructure stack — AI caller, storm trigger, dead lead resurrection, commercial ATS, pipeline management, and review automation. $33M+ in client pipeline generated. Built market by market, operator by operator.
What We Build
01
AI Voice Caller
30-second response to every inbound lead. Works every contact in your database on rotation. No burnout. No schedule. Never misses a follow-up.
02
Storm Trigger Automation
Monitors hail and wind events across your entire market. When a storm hits your zip codes, the system activates outreach automatically — before competitors are even awake.
03
Dead Lead Resurrection
Every operator has thousands of contacts who said no, went cold, or never responded. The system runs multi-channel reactivation sequences on every one of them — continuously.
04
Asset Targeting System
Commercial intelligence layer. Maps every commercial property in your market, scores roof age and replacement probability, surfaces stakeholder contact data. The closest thing to knowing which buildings need a roof before they do.
05
Pipeline Management
Real-time visibility into every deal. Automated follow-up sequences. Proposal tracking. Recurring revenue layer for maintenance and service agreements.
06
Review Automation
Turns every completed job into a 5-star review request — automatically routed to the platform that matters most for your market.
How We Work
“We don't run campaigns. We install infrastructure. The difference is the difference between renting and owning.”
Most marketing agencies want a monthly retainer to run ads or make calls. When you stop paying, everything stops. That's renting attention.
Mark Scaling builds systems you own. The AI caller runs on your numbers. The storm trigger fires on your market. The ATS maps your territory. After the build, you have infrastructure — not a subscription to someone else's tools.
That's the operating model. That's why the results compound.
Book a free consultation. We'll map out exactly what your market needs and what it will take to install it.
